These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the services and products provided by buy360.world (the “Website”). By purchasing or using any content from the Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms:

1. Ownership of Content

All 360-degree photographs and associated media available on the Website are the intellectual property of VR Master s.r.o. (“Author”). By purchasing a license, you are granted limited usage rights as outlined in the license terms below. You are not permitted to sell, redistribute, or sublicense any content to third parties.

2. Licenses

We offer two types of licenses for the images available on buy360.world:

2.1. Standard License

• Use: This license is suitable for personal use and small business projects.
• Permitted Uses:
  • Personal blogs, social media posts, and personal websites.
  • Small business websites and limited commercial use, such as local advertising.
  • Use in digital platforms (web resolution only).
• Restrictions: Redistribution, resale, or sublicensing of the images is strictly prohibited.

2.2. Extended License

• Use: This license is suitable for commercial purposes, including advertising campaigns and product packaging.
• Permitted Uses:
  • All uses included in the Standard License.
  • Commercial advertising (online, print, or broadcast).
  • Use in physical products (e.g., posters, packaging, merchandise).
  • High-resolution images for both print and digital media.
• Print Run Limit: Up to 500,000 copies.
• Restrictions: Redistribution, resale, or sublicensing of the images is strictly prohibited.

3. Verification of License

We reserve the right to verify that the license was purchased directly from buy360.world. If it is determined that the image was acquired through an unauthorized intermediary or third-party reseller, the buyer will be subject to a fine of up to €50,000.

4. Permissions for Image Modifications

You are permitted to modify the purchased images solely for publication purposes, including but not limited to:

• Creating tiny planet effects.
• Producing rabbit hole or inverted panorama effects.
• Applying stereographic projections and other visual effects commonly used with 360-degree images. However, any such modifications must still adhere to the restrictions on redistribution or resale of the original or altered images.

5. Payment Terms

All payments must be completed in full before the delivery of any licensed content. The Website reserves the right to withhold access to the purchased content until payment is successfully processed.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The content available on buy360.world is the exclusive property of VR Master s.r.o.. Purchase of a license does not grant you ownership of the content, but rather a non-transferable right to use the images under the specific terms of the license selected. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. User Responsibilities

By purchasing or using content from the Website, you agree:

• To use the content in accordance with the purchased license.
• Not to attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or misappropriate the content.
• To ensure all projects using the licensed content adhere to the legal and ethical standards of your region.

8. Limitation of Liability

Buy360.world and VR Master s.r.o. are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of the licensed content. Our liability is limited to the cost of the license purchased.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Website and services if we believe any terms of this Agreement have been violated. Upon termination, any rights granted under the purchased license will also be revoked.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Slovak Republic.

11. Changes to Terms

Buy360.world reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. The latest version of the terms will always be available on our website. Continued use of the Website following any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
